TownePlace Suites Rockwall
The TownePlace Suites Rockwall construction project was a significant undertaking for our construction company. Crossbill oversaw all sitework and utilities on this challenging site. In addition, we served as owner’s representative, overseeing the primary contractor to finish in a timely manner. One of the most challenging aspects was to coordinate the update from Gen 4.5 to Gen 5.0 specifications during the course of construction.
The interior of the hotel is designed to be modern, comfortable, and inviting. The guest rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities such as high-speed internet, flat-screen TVs, and luxurious bedding.
Throughout the construction process, we worked closely with the hotel owners to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget. We also worked closely with local government officials to ensure that the project was in compliance with all building codes and regulations.
